well mostly brown eyeshadows make blue eyes pop so u can use brown eyeliner and eyeshadow .. nd some brown mascara ..


and line ur waterline wz blue or light blue pencil eyeliner..

There is one palette called liquif-eye, and it has bright shadows, that make ANY eyes pop.


you can mix them, too.


Or get some that arent too dry, or they will make the skin around your eyes look old.


try liquid shadow, or any with moisturizers.
Use less eyeliner, you make it a little thick which makes your eye seem smaller. Try curling your eyelashes before applying mascara if you don't yet and I think that certain eyeshadows could help. Try white, bright pink, light purple and light blue. Stay away from dark eyeshadows.
well you can use covergirl exact eyelights. for blue eyes.


and that will kind of pull out some of the blue. but i'd say use a like.. bronzeish/tanish/kind of sparklie eye shadow thats light so it will draw more attention. try using MAC makeup. it works great :)

I have blue eys too... try using a blue eyeliner rather than black and line as close as you can to your eyelids. Since the eyeliner might look a little harsh, use a bronzeronyour cheeks, temples, and tip of your nose.
Browns, silvers, lavenders, pinks...





Basically things more opposite of blue.





Stay away from blue eyeshadow at all costs, though. That'll just dull your eyes.

brown is the best shade to make blue eyes stand out.





try some brown shadow, dark brown liner and black mascara, but don't lay it on as thick as in your second picture.
tan skin, blue mascara, and blue eyeshadow/liner
cover girl lash blast with pink. The pink will contrast with the color of your eye making it brighter. More noticeable.
More black eyeliner, and some under the bottom lid.
use white eyeliner
