How do I show my younger sister how to do her makeup?

My sister is 12 years old, she will be 13 next month and she has told me and my mom that she would like to start wearing makeup. I think she's already cute but I feel like its a self confidence issue to her. I would like to show her how to do her makeup without making her look 'skanky' or anything. I don't wear any makeup myself but I have before and I'm familiar with it. Any suggestions?How do I show my younger sister how to do her makeup?
Well you can get her an eyeliner, mascara, natural eyeshadow, concealer, and either blush/bronzer. Watch some youtube makeup videos. (Juicystar07, Allthatglitters21, DulceCandy87, MichellePhan, makeupblogger... ect) That's what I did when I started using makeup around that age.

youtube tutorials are great. tell her to stick to neutral colors and remind her that the key to makeup is to enhance your appearance without looking as if you put any on. and warn her that if she ever feels she can't go out without makeup on, she should take a break from it. putting it on should be a choice, not an obligation.
Go to a drugstore and buy some samples for her. Like two colors of eyeshadow, one pencil eyeliner, one mascara, one lipgloss. Read online about a few techniques of applying makeup and show her how on your own face. Make sure the colors are light, examples are silver, gold, light brown, light blue, white, pink...no dark blues, purples, or blacks undtil she gets a little older.
well she is going to start wearing it anyways so i would just show she a clean simple look! make sure she know never to put makeup on a dirty face and things!
just have her start off with a little bit of mascara and lipgloss and maybe some coverup or foundation if she has pimples or anything.
