I think 15 is a good age to start wearing makeup. The best way to apply it is to start with small amounts and practice your technique or get help applying it. The more practice you get with applying it, the better you will get. Then you'll be able to do it flawlessly ;) or at least to your liking.
Probably around thirteen or fourteen. Apply it lightly. A natural, clean look is most attractive.
when you are 13.
go get it done somewhere cute, then pattern your everyday style on that!
I started wearing make up when I was in junior high. There's a lot to learn, you should go to a department store and get a make over and get them to teach you.
I think 13 is a good age to wear eye shadow and maybe a blue eyeliner. My sister wears this and looks hott for 13. Then maybe in a yr start putting some foundation on. Alot of girls make the mistake of putting junk on their faces and it just makes them look yucky. Only a light cover does the trick!
I think age 14 is a good age to begin wearing makeup. Not only will you look great but makeup protects your skin from the weather and pollution. Go to a makeup counter like Clinique and ask for a makeover. The will EXPECT you to buy some of the products but they do a great job and always do age appropriate. On the products you don't buy from them, make sure to pay attention. It is fairly easy to copy an eye shadow or lipstick color. Foundation is the tricky one. Good luck!
12-13
I guess age 14-15 is a best time to start wearing makeup..
I have to say, the longer you leave it the better.
I see so many young girls who would look great with just a dab of lip balm, but they smother their skin with chemicals and end up increasing thier acne.
Most forms of make-up are to ';cover'; blemishes, so why not make it easier and start a good skin care routine of cleansing, toning and moisturising at a young age? This way your skin will glow from within, reducing the need for gooey foundations and bronzers.
Drinking alot of water also aids a clear complexion, and if you do feel you want to begin wearing make-up, start small. Use dark brown mascara instead of inky black, use concealer and not foundation and a dab of lip balm or gloss.
You have your whole life to experiment with make-up, but while you have skin that's plump and youthful, don't hide it under cosmetics!
