Makeup: How to make green eyes super noticable?

My eyes are very green but I don't know how to make them more noticable. What color eyeshadow or how i should wear it. Have any ideas?

Green eyes really pop when you use purple eyeshadows because purple is a contrasting color to green. Natural colors also look good with green eyes, and gold looks good with any eye color. You could also try a purple eyeliner. You could use a neutral eyeshadow and purple eyeliner and your eyes will look very green. I have green eyes too, and I do that all the time. Black eyeliner works well too, but sometimes I put on a purple liquid liner, and it looks really nice. Hope this is helpful!
Browns are the way to go with a fine black eyeliner to make those gorgeous green eyes pop! Brown is the complimentary to green (as in so many of the beautiful trees around!) Because the eye area is the most delicate area of the face %26amp; also the first to show aging, take great care when applying cosmetics in these areas. Use excellent tools (think of your skin as a rubber band if you tug on it over %26amp; over (ie crappy brushes used for daily eyeshadow application) eventually it will lose elasticity %26amp; show aging. So use a great eyeshadow brush to apply beautiful mochas, taupes, a vast variety of browns out there! For daytime apply one color all over your lid, you can use a lighter color right below your brow for accent. Next use an angle brush to apply a contrast color in the crease of your eye for extra depth, you can also add a copper or gold dot for accent right above the center of your iris. Follow with eye liner to complete an evening look. Be sure to pay attention to what you are putting on your eyes %26amp; face, many cosmetics are actually damaging to your skin. also use blue mascara instead of black because it will make your eyes stand out like you want them to !


also dont use green or the same color as your eyes because the colors will ';mix'; and your eyes wont be as great as now..and i dont think this is sth you want!:P

I would try brown eye shadow. To make them stand out then you need to go with a strong contrasting color that is not too bold and crazy but that draws attention to your eye color.





You could go to a make up counter at a department store and tell them what you are after. They will do up your eyes. It doesn't cost anything unless you buy something.
Create a smoky eye by putting on black eyeliner on your top and bottom lid darkly but very thinly. the key is to blend, blend, blend! Also, you may want to wear a nude lip or something very light on your lips to make all the focus on you gorgeous green eyes! hope this helps!
use black eyeliner on top and the bottom of your eyes, not on the lid though.. and also use a shimmery eye powder with the blackest black mascara i have green eyes and i tried it once and it really works well..really elegant for a nite out or a casual day
Green eyes look beautiful with any eyeshadow.. Try purple! this will be a great contrast... Most likely going with a green eyeshadow, and black eyeliner will pop out those beauties!! lol.. but yes Almay does have the specific line for colored eyes.. I use their liquid eyeliner and I love it!
