I'm wearing a black haltwr tht has blue glitter on it and like this blue crystallized X is the middle, How should I do my makeup?? I'm 13 and I do'nt want uber over the top lol. I have fair skin for being indian lol but im good with my foundation. o and what shoes?How to do my makeup for New Years?
Some matching blue shoes would be cool but if not black flats would look cute too! You could probably use a dash of mascara but don't go over the top because that looks horrible on anybody. Lip gloss is always nice and maybe so sparkly body gel (like found at Claire's) might help draw attention to your face about from the sparkly top.
