Could someone tell me how to do a scene smoky makeup look?

I don't want anything that has eyeliner going all the way around the eye, like not on the inner corner, but can go around the outside corner. Nothing with bright bold colors, just like blackish or brownish with maybe a bit of color. Also something that pretty simple to do, that takes maybe five to ten minutes. Pictures would be rad! %26lt;3
