It's a work of art, it has to be practiced. eye brush tip - hard toothbrush-studio artist use them a lot to seperate lashes etc.How do celebrities learn how to to their own makeup?
they dont...they have someone to do it for them....yes they do ALWAYS...its just one of the perks of money and fame...and when they dont have time they go out bare faced. havent you seen the tabloids?
The make up artist will show them, The lady i get my legs waxed she shows people how to apply make up (at a cost)

they get tips from their make up artist, they be able to watch them doing it every day and pick it up as they go along
They probably get all their tips from their make-up artists and things so they know what to wear and stuff.
Watching what people do to them. And also just watching things on TV, reading magazines, etc;
