How to remove fake tan / makeup from duvet?

A girl slept in my bed the other night. And I think she was either wearing fake tan or used my duvet to remove her makeup because now there is a huge orange smudge on it.





I've put it through the washing machine twice but its only slightly faded.





Any ideas on how to remove it?

add 1 cup of vinegar to the wash when washing it again that will take the stain out.
